The one-bedroom suite was super clean, but the shower made the bathroom a mess.

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute stroll to the central Nelson CBD and shopping area.
The shower design lacked a booth, which made the bathroom quite wet after use.

What shines and what doesn’t
The cozy outdoor patio was perfect for evening relaxation, while the jacuzzi tub offered a lovely soak after a long hike. Central location enabled seamless walking access to shops and dining.
The air conditioning unit emitted noticeable noise, which was a minor distraction but did not impede sleep quality.

i was lured by the cozy vibes, but gross cockroaches in the walls and wet bathrooms just ruined my stay. additionally, a room upgrade woudl ve been nice considering those issues, but clearly, they don’t value important guests like me. i almost considered leaving a fabulous review, but alas, the disappointment prevails.

Unexpected kindness in a cozy suite
Our one-bedroom suite was delightfully spacious, complete with a well-equipped kitchen for convenient meals. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Nelson's vibrant centre.
We had some frustrating moments looking for staff when we needed to settle our bill at the office, which was locked despite advertised hours.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two young kids. The large living area was perfect for family time, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Taking a short walk to the city centre gave us plenty of options to explore.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.

Family with children, outstanding experience
The owners and staff were fabulous they let us check in early even though we arrived before our time. The rooms had a fitted dishwasher and a spa bath, incredibly clean with modern touches that made our stay special.
It wasn’t inexpensive but worth every penny for the experience we had.
